Snow (sort of)

Yesterday it snowed (although it never settled) Holly, Bramble and me ran about playing in it. When we came in we were covered nose to tail in snow! We loved it. Then we had some yummy dinner & our bones. Bramble went out this evening to "puppy classes" she said she loved it there. I used to go to puppy classes when I was younger too, sometimes I go along and play, but mostly it is just Bramble that goes. I wished I could have gone with them, but I was so excited to see them when they came back home. I always sit outside on the front doorstep waiting for them to come home, and then once I know everyone's back I can go in on the sofa and settle down for the night
Barking Dog!

This weekend there was a new dog at our neighbors house next door. It kept barking when we went over to the fence. I like to meet new dogs so I like to go over and say hi. The other dog just keeps barking!
It is a really sunny day today, although cold, Bramble and me are enjoying spending some time playing in the garden. Bramble is a foster pup who my human says is going to be an assistance dog. I am lucky because she will be my playmate for a whole year, just like Skye was (but she has now gone to be trained as an assistance dog)

Yummy Raw Bones

Hi, I'm Anna, Amber's owner. I am nearly 14 and love dogs. My family foster assistance puppies in training, and I love to spend time with dogs.
Amber enjoys learning new tricks and doing training so we will be posting all about what new things she learns. I hope to do Agility in the near future with her too.
On this blog I will put up lots of information on feeding your dog too, something that really interests me. We are currently considering switching our dogs to a raw diet.

Hi!
By AmberThis is my new blog, and I am Amber, a Bernese Mountain Dog. I am two years old and live with my family who I love very much. I also have a doggy pal, Holly. We are best friends.
In my blog I will be posting about all the fun I get up too, the adventures I have and life from a dogs point of view. If she's lucky I may let my owner Anna have a turn too!

P.S. This photo of me in the muddy ditch (I love getting mucky!) is when I was on holiday earlier this year. I'm really lucky to be able to join my humans on all their adventures. We went to England this time and they said they went to this place called "Crufts" & anyway they came back with loads of new toys and treats for me!! I can't wait to go on holiday again next year!
